With a beautiful holiday villa in Barbados, Shimmers owners decided to create a standalone website to support their listings on third party holiday letting websites.
Creating a simple website structure to showcase the beautiful Shimmers villa as well as the incredible Barbados island was in keeping with the Shimmers villa with its clean and simple interior with sprinklings of key design pieces.
In keeping with the Shimmers villa and its interior design, we kept the branding for Shimmers Logo simple, along with including icons to allow users to receive key information quickly and identify the amenities and facilities available.
The simplicity of the website allows for users to quickly review the villas offering, showcase the beautiful imagery and allows the owners a way to update the site with information relating to Barbados and recommended activities and places of interest using a blog template.
Producing the copy for the Shimmers website required adapting existing copy from listings on third party holiday letting websites to align with the fresh, clean and contemporary brand identity.
