An extremely competent crisis management team required a taxing crisis training scenario that incorporated several different issues culminating in a large, reputation-damaging crisis.
To really test a group of people that have had years of crisis training and knowledge was a great challenge for us. We met it head on by creating a scenario with multiple levels and elements to deal with. Thinking of issues that could become crises for a client so that they can better prepare themselves in the future, is always a worthwhile activity.
