The planning stage
Research
If you want your emails to really pack a punch and be impactful, you need to know your audience and what your competitors are doing. It’s also worth researching aspirational brands that you admire too.
Purpose
What’s your why? Why are you sending the emails? Be SMART and turn your goals into objectives that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time-based. Know the touch points in your business when you interact and engage with your customer.
Message
Know what your key message is. What do your audience want? What problem do you solve?

Subject Lines
You want to entice and excite your audience, with a subject title that jumps out at the reader in their inbox. Use power words to evoke an emotional connection with the reader.

Content
