We put a new crisis management team through their paces with a creative crisis scenario stemming from a simple equipment error and resulting in a reputation-damaging crisis.
As a new CMT team, in the transportation industry, we created a scenario that would test their knowledge and abilities to work together as a team, taking responsibility for their roles, as well as making difficult decisions during the crisis training.
