A multinational manufacturing company required a training session for its India crisis management team. The session needed to be realistic yet stretch the team’s knowledge and understanding of crisis management.
The initial brief specified a product contamination problem. After we performed our preliminary research, we found a situation within the Indian milk industry that create a very plausible scenario to build the crisis training around.
