We put a new crisis management team through their paces with a creative crisis scenario stemming from a simple equipment error and resulting in a reputation-damaging crisis.
As a new CMT team, in the transportation industry, we created a scenario that would test their knowledge and abilities to work together as a team, taking responsibility for their roles, as well as making difficult decisions during the crisis training.

To support the crisis scenario within the classroom setting, we created newspaper and media coverage as visual aid for the crisis scenario to feel more realistic.
